Aliyu Dahiru Mohammed

Aliyu currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Tangerine APT Pensions Limited. His tenure in this role was preceded by a brief but impactful period as the Executive Director of Operations and Business Development following the merger of the former APT Pension Funds Managers Limited and Tangerine Pensions Limited. Before the integration, Aliyu held the position of Acting Managing Director/CEO of APT Pension Funds Managers Limited.

Aliyu is a highly respected leader, boasting two decades of comprehensive experience within the Nigerian Pensions Industry, including significant time in top management. His expertise spans pensions operations management, organizational policy and procedure development, corporate governance structures and spearheading organizational change within the PFA.His professional acumen is integrity, innovation, and dedicated work ethics.

Academically, Aliyu holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, UK. He further specialized with a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management (with distinction) and a Post Graduate Diploma (Qualifi Level 7) in Accounting and Finance from institutions in the UK. He initially earned a BachelorsDegree in Mathematics (Ed) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Henley Business School at the University of Reading, UK.

Aliyu holds distinguished fellowships, including the Chartered Institute of Pensions Nigeria (CIPN), the Nigeria Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk management, and the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria.

In his personal time, Aliyu enjoys gardening and coffee roasting.

Mohammed Kabir Musa

Alhaji M.K. Musa was born on 14thSeptember, 1952, had his academic journey from 1958 through to 1982, where he attended Junior/Senior Primary School, Iyatanchi, Katsina. He also attended Government Secondary School, Katsina, School of Environment – Health, ABU, (Kano Campus), West Bromwich College, Wednesbury – W/Midland UK, the Polytechnic of Stoke-on-Trent-West Midland UK and Aston University Birmingham- United Kingdom.

He is well read and intelligent as he is also a member of Professional Bodies like the British Institute of Management, Institute of Purchasing & Supply [UK] and Institute of Marketing [UK].

His career exposure and history spanned from the Banking Sector, Civil Service and private sectors.

His interest is in current affairs, world politics and listening to sermons.

Umaru Kwairanga

Alhaji Umaru Kwairanga is an experienced investment professional with almost two decades of experience at the highest levels of the Capital Market, Banking and the Real Estate Sector.

Alhaji Kwairanga has professional certifications of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and he is a member of the Abuja Commodities & Securities Exchange. Alhaji Kwairanga has been Managing Director of a top notch stock broking firm (FINMAL Finance Services Ltd) for over a decade and a director in several blue chip organizations. He is a member of the Presidential Advisory Council on Industrial Relation, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria.

Alhaji Kwairanga was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tangerine Pensions Limited (formerly AXA Mansard Pensions Limited).

Oluwatoyin Olusanya-Onadele

Mrs. Oluwatoyin Olusanya-Onadele is a serial entrepreneur involved with several business. She is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lusant Dell Limited, a consulting, training and advisory firm, and the founder and Managing Director of Aeida Ventures Limited, an events and space management Company has successfully provided its services across all sectors in the last 10 years.

Mrs. Olusanya-Onadele is a graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales, UK.

Her 17years financial markets career spans several institutions including IMB, FSDH (now FSDH Marchant Bank), National Bank (now part of Wema Bank Plc), Broad Bank Nigeria Limited and Union Bank of Nigeria plc., where she at various times was responsible for Sales, Treasury & Investment, Private Banking, Asset Management, Consumer and Commercial Banking.

Adeoye Daniel

Mr. Adeoye Daniel is the Vice President, Verod Capital Management. Daniel is a senior investment professional with Verod Capital Management Limited, one of West Africa’s premier Private Equity Firms. He is currently the head of the investment team, and also serves on the Board of a number of Verod’s portfolio companies including Greensprings School, Rainbow College, Pampers School (K-12), Transnational Academic Group (Higher Education), Rotopint (Manufacturing), GZ Industries (Manufacturing), CSCS (Financial Services) and Daystar Power (C&I Solar).

He has over 10 years of professional experience, primarily in private equity and corporate finance. He holds a BSc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University and a Business Strategy Certification from the Johnson College of Business, Cornell University, NY and he is an EMBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University Class of 2021.

Mohammed Balarabe

He holds a B.Sc. (Accounting) and Masters Business Administration.

He started his career with New Africa Merchant Bank and later moved to Newdevco Finance and Services as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer before he joined United Bank of Africa. Thereafter, he became ED Oceanic Bank and then proceeded to Fidelity Bank as Executive Director where he rose to Deputy Managing Director Fidelity and retired December 2019
